Sooo I got tagged by
with a few questions; Though I will flat out say that I'm too lazy to tag peeps with more questions.
----♥ 1.) Who's your biggest idol/inspiration for your art/writing/music/etc.?
I don't really have an idol within the art industry, I usually get inspired by random works by people I either don't know or consider more acquaintances than idols.♥ 2.) Do you watch any art channels on youtube or something? If so, which ones do you like the most and why? If not, are you going to at some point?
The only art channels I watch are music channels, though if I were to say which is my fav, I would say GlitchXCity. Mostly because they make like... very nice Pokemon remixes.♥ 3.) What got you to draw? (And yes, everyone has doodled when they were little, but what got you to really start drawing as a true hobby/profession?)
Ehhhh, when I came to dA I was kind of inspired to draw a little bit by all the art floating around, but I'd say the biggest reason as to why I started drawing again was seeing some groups and people interacting. I started drawing because I wanted to make a character that would become 'popular' but I found out soon enough that's a bad reason to draw, so now I just draw as a hobby... and sparingly. :'D♥ 4.) Are you happy with where your skills are now? Why/Why not?
Not at all. :'D I used to draw better a couple of months ago and I'm rusty in general... though I'm mostly fine with how most of my artwork turned out, even if it's not as decent as I want it to be.♥ 5.) What's one character you'd want to revise that you have (and why)? If you don't have any characters, why don't you have any? If you don't have any characters you want to revise, then... uh... doodle your favorite character on a unicorn. I dunno, man.
Oh man, I revise characters on a regular basis, usually for the sheer reason of not touching them for a few years; though the character I want to revise most right now is Eizy; since I basically made her into a generic, albeit super friendly, knight person and I want her to be more than a basic stereotype. ♥ 6.) Do you have a character, story, world, etc. in mind you would like to work on? Well, here's your time! Mind sharing a little bit about it/them? If not, then what's one of your favorite characters, stories, worlds, etc. of yours and why?
I actually have an unnamed world that I worked on for a game I wanted to make that I would love to get around to finishing someday; it basically had humans, elves and mixed beast races (think like gijinkae of either Humans or Elves and an animal) living in harmony, but with the racism that comes with differing races; I had a plot kinda worked out, but it'd be too rambly if I were to try and explain it now in my opinion.
Also Ashetore's/Vesarus' story arc in Rise-of-Renova is something I'm really dying to work on, though my current state of mind is kinda keeping that on the down low.♥ 7.) Let's finally do an easy question. I feel like I've been bombarding you with deep intense questions or something, ha. Can you draw a perfect circle without using any precise tools (shape tools, protractor, etc.)
Nope; I can get kinda close sometimes tho.♥ 8.) What inspires you to finish a idea/picture/story/etc?
Usually seeing another finished work from either myself or someone else (yes looking back at my own artwork helps sometimes); either that or watching art livestreams generally help me get back into gear; tho I don't watch them often.♥ 9.) Who do you feel supports you the most? Family, friends, watchers, patreon peeps? Let's do a nice shout out to these people!
Mostly my mother really :'D She's one of the few people in the direct vicinity who I'd dare bother with my 'artwork'. And of course the few people that favorite/comment on my work here, but that's kind of a given.♥ 10.) Finally, what's you favorite thing to draw or what's your favorite step of your art/writing/etc system to do?
Favorite thing to draw is faces... even if I still draw very simplistic expressions and whatnot, it should be clear that my faces are usually more detailed than most other facets of my characters; Oh and also clothes, with a similar reasoning.
My favorite step is actually coloring (not shading mind you); trying to find the right colors and trying to make good use of what are generally considered 'ugly' colors (or color combinations) fascinates me.
